Families during this pandemic have limited options to keep their children focused and growing. When a single mother with three children came into my shop here at Candelas Guitars, she was in for a surprise. She came in for a set of strings and after asking her a couple of questions, I quickly realized that she and her kids would be perfect candidates. They demonstrated commitment, a desire to learn, and are local to Boyle Heights. Now they will get to grow and spend quality time together learning music!
I am knocking on doors and reaching out! I am blessed to find amazing individuals that humbly want to contribute to my foundation.
